  - 不正アクセス行為: **3年以下の懲役または100万円以下の罰金**
  - 不正アクセス助長行為: **1年以下の懲役または50万円以下の罰金**
- **刑法** 第234条の2（電子計算機損壊等業務妨害罪）

AlienPentest is designed exclusively for use against systems **you own** or have received **explicit written permission** to test.

### Unauthorized access is a crime

Accessing computer systems without authorization violates laws in most jurisdictions, including:

- **Japan**: Unauthorized Computer Access Law (不正アクセス禁止法) — up to 3 years imprisonment
- **USA**: Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) — up to 10 years imprisonment
- **EU**: Directive on Attacks Against Information Systems
- **UK**: Computer Misuse Act — up to 10 years imprisonment

### Before you begin

- [ ] Obtain **written authorization** from the system owner
- [ ] Define and document the scope (IPs, domains, timeframes)
- [ ] Ensure test environment is isolated from production where appropriate
- [ ] Establish procedures for handling discovered vulnerabilities
